Koke Adventures - Terms and Conditions 1. Booking and Payment All activity bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment unless otherwise agreed. Payment options include PayPal, bank transfer (as detailed in the invoice), and other available payment methods. Customers will receive an invoice with payment details. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment is received. 2. Cancellation and No Refund Policy All bookings are non-refundable. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be eligible for any refund. If an activity is canceled due to weather conditions, supplier availability, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered an alternative date where possible, but no refunds will be provided. 3. Customer Responsibilities Customers must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive on time at the designated meeting point. Some activities require a minimum level of fitness. Customers must ensure they meet the activity requirements. Koke Adventures is not responsible for missed tours due to late arrivals. 4. Liability and Safety Customers participate in activities at their own risk. Koke Adventures acts as a booking agent for third-party providers and is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during the activities. Customers must adhere to safety instructions provided by the activity supplier. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. 5. Changes and Modifications Koke Adventures reserves the right to modify or cancel activities due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. If modifications are necessary, we will offer alternative arrangements where possible.
